On behalf of the entire team at Certified Cartridges, I am pleased to advise you today of a major transition taking place at our company. As the result of an acquisition, I am becoming the sole owner of the company. This carefully planned transition marks the beginning of a new phase, as it will see the departure of my former co-founder, who you have no doubt had the opportunity to meet over the past 11 years.
Jonathan Quevillon and I jointly launched this company in 2006 during our engineering studies, and together we developed the business you know and collaborate with today.
We will ensure that the transition is a seamless one for you. This announcement will have no impact on our usual collaboration, and in fact our service offering will be improved as a result. Many promising projects are on the horizon for Certified Cartridges, and I look forward to sharing our new vision with you. I will be updating you on these upcoming initiatives in a timely manner.
